Goods

Please note that while we try to ensure their accuracy and fidelity, the colours shown on the website can vary depending on a number of factors, including the user’s screen and display settings.

Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once you place an order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received by us, but this is not confirmation that your offer to purchase goods has been accepted.
A contract between you and Smug Jelly Creations for the purchase of products will only exist once an order has been dispatched to you.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil any part of your order we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment method within 7 days of doing so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is complete and accurate. If you make a mistake and need to amend a contact or delivery address please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.
Prices & Tax
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery
All in stock items are despatched as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days of the order being received. Delivery is only within the United Kingdom.
However, any delivery period stated on this website is indicative only and not guaranteed.
Returns
At Smug Jelly Creations, we want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are requesting a refund, please contact sharon@smugjellycreations.co.uk, and we will endeavour to fulfil your request. Please note that postage refunds will only be issued on faulty items.
